Communication Supports in Legal and Justice Settings
Feasibility Study (January 2012 - July 1, 2012)

Augmentative Communication Community Partnerships Canada (ACCPC) with a funding contribution from The Department of Justice, Canada is conducting a feasibility study on the implementation of communication support services to assist people who have speech and language disabilities to communicate as effectively as possible with police, lawyers, victim witness services and in court. The study will highlight the need for these supports, and propose a plan to implement these services in Canada.
